Welcome to Arbood. By accessing or utilizing our platform, software, application programming interfaces, and automated auditing tools (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these strict and legally binding Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms govern all interactions with the software systems provided by Arbood Inc. ("Arbood").

Critical Warning: Scan Authorization Requirement

By executing any autonomous penetration tests, host sweeps, port scans, or vulnerability assessments via Regret Pentest X, you warrant that you possess explicit written authorization from the owner of the target domains or networks. Unauthorized scanning is strictly illegal and constitutes a direct breach of these Terms.

1. Licensing and Scope of Use

Arbood grants you a limited, non-transferable, revocable, and non-exclusive license to utilize the Services for internal cybersecurity operations and compliance reporting, subject to the following strict restrictions:

You shall not reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the underlying AI models, LLM prompts, or WebGL rendering shaders of Arbood.
You shall not utilize the Services to construct, support, or compile comparative competitive analysis products.
You shall not utilize autonomous scanning agents to target critical infrastructure, governmental domains, or financial institutions without specific explicit corporate contract overrides.

2. Advisory Nature of AI Suggestions

Arbood products utilize state-of-the-art language models and automated engines (including BladeworkX and Report Genie X). You acknowledge and agree that:

AI-drafted reports, Sigma rules, code recommendations, and audit compliance matrices are **advisory only**.
You are solely responsible for manually verifying and testing all recommended remediation roadmaps, rules, and code snippets in an isolated sandbox environment prior to staging or production deployment.
Arbood holds no liability for code crashes, data loss, or server intrusions arising from the deployment of AI-suggested configurations.

3. Service SLA and Liability Limitations

While we target 99.9% uptime for our cloud APIs and monitoring dashboards, the Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

Arbood disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for specific cyber defense compliance, and non-infringement.
In no event shall Arbood, its directors, or developers be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including lost profits, network breaches, data loss, or server intrusions.
Our total aggregate liability under these terms is strictly capped at the fees paid by you to Arbood during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

4. Intellectual Property

Arbood retains exclusive ownership of all proprietary software, databases, AI prompt templates, pipeline routers, Three.js shaders, logos, and UI designs. All feedback, suggestions, or score modifications submitted to our support team become the sole intellectual property of Arbood Inc.

5. Termination of Accounts

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or completely delete your licensing credentials immediately and without prior warning if we detect threat actions, policy violation activity, or unauthorized sweeps of third-party IP ranges originating from your account.

6. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
